  • Description: I worked with graduate students from the Kelley School of Business to determine the client needs of the Dean of Students and sub units within the Division of Student Affairs. Through the combination of user surveys and web stats analysis, it was determined that this division needed an aesthetics change that reflected a more cohesive family resemblance for students to quickly understand and locate this division’s services, as well as, a simple content management system that allows for easy content updates and dynamic information.

  • Marketing Objectives: To have a site that students can easily locate the varied services that fall within the Division of Students

Indiana University Bloomington

  • Description: I served on the Campus Web Site Advisory Committee during the redesign phase of Indiana University Bloomington’s main web site. My role involved helping write user centered survey questions and analysis of the user feedback. I was also involved with determining “smart search terms” by pulling google search stats and keywords. My current office and myself continue to serve in a content and technical maintenance role for this site.

  • Marketing Objectives: To have a site that bests articulates the current goals and priorities of Indiana University’s Bloomington campus.

  • Description: This newly formed office needed a web presence that highlighted the multifaceted offices that serve under the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education. I was the project manager and lead coder for this site.
  • Technology: Cascade Server CMS, XSLT, XML, CSS, Flash
  • Marketing Objectives: To provide both students and faculty a cohesive portal to the services and leadership within VPUE.

  • Description: This website compliments the work of University Division advisors and the Exploratory Student Resources. I was both project manager and one of the lead programmers and also served on the advisory committee during the redesign.
  • Technology: XHTML, CSS and PHP
  • Learning Objectives: The goal of this site is to provide various audiences resources and handouts to help facilitate and guide undeclared students with choosing a major.
